How the plans work
- Half the setup price to start, the rest before go-live.
- The monthly fee is paid at the start of the month.
- Hours are written down. Unused hours do not carry over.
- First term is three months, then 30 days notice either way.
- Extra work is quoted before it starts.
What is not included
- Daily follow-up with your staff. One person on your team does that, and we train them.
- New modules and new integrations. Each gets its own quote.
- Cleaning old data beyond the first import.
- WhatsApp tool charges. You pay the tool directly, about ₹500 to ₹2,800 a month plus message charges.

How many stages and roles
An order with four stages and three kinds of user is quicker to set up than one with nine stages and six.
How much data comes in
Loading two hundred open orders from one Excel file is simple. Cleaning three years of registers is extra, and quoted before it starts.
Messages that go by themselves
Tap-to-send WhatsApp messages are included. Automatic sending through a WhatsApp Business tool is set up as an add-on.
Reports beyond the standard ones
The daily and weekly reports of each system are included. A special report or a link to another software is quoted on its own.
