How it runs today
- Orders come on WhatsApp, on calls and through salesmen, and one or two are missed every week.
- A dealer sends an order at night and it is seen the next afternoon, after the vehicle has left.
- The office types every order again, and a wrong item or quantity goes out.
- Goods are sent to a dealer who is already over the credit limit, because nobody checked the ledger.
- Dealers call to ask the rate, the scheme and where their order is.
How work moves through it
- 1Each dealer gets a link of their own. It opens your price list on the phone, with no app to install
- 2The dealer picks products and quantities. The price and the scheme are worked out on the order
- 3The order reaches the office list at once, even at night
- 4An order that takes a dealer over the credit limit waits for the owner to approve
- 5The office accepts, packs and dispatches, and the dealer gets the status on WhatsApp
Every part, spelled out
Dealer order link
Each dealer has a link of their own. It opens on any phone, with no app to install and no password to remember.
Price list and schemes
Products, packs and dealer prices in one list. Change a price or a scheme once and every dealer sees it on the link.
Order board
Every order in its stage: new, accepted, packed, dispatched. A new order that has waited long turns red.
Credit limit check
An order that takes a dealer over the credit limit is held. The owner gets the figures on WhatsApp and says yes or no.
Dispatch and status
The transporter and LR number are saved with the order. The dealer gets the status on WhatsApp.
Day report
One message to the owner: orders received and their value, what was dispatched, and which dealers are over the limit.

- Your dealers loaded with town, salesman, credit limit and outstanding
- An order link for each dealer, and a login for each salesman to book orders
- Order board, dealer list, price list and the day report
- WhatsApp messages in your wording: order status, dispatch details and statement
- One month of care after go-live, with fixes and small changes
How dealer orders get lost today
A dealer sends the order on WhatsApp, calls the office, or tells the salesman during a visit. The office types it again for packing and billing. One order sits unread in a chat, another is typed with the wrong quantity, and a third is from a dealer who has not paid for two months. Each of these is found late: after the vehicle has left, or after the goods have gone.
What changes
- Each dealer orders from a link of their own, at any hour, from your current price list.
- The price and the scheme are worked out on the order, so the office does not calculate them again.
- Every order is in one list the moment it is placed, with the time it has been waiting.
- An order that takes a dealer over the credit limit is held for the owner's yes or no.
- Packing and dispatch are marked on the order, with the transporter and LR number.
- The dealer gets the status on WhatsApp, without calling the office.
What it does not do
It is not an online store: there is no payment gateway and no public catalogue. Dealers pay as they do today. It does not make GST invoices or e-way bills, and it does not keep the ledger. Those stay in Tally or Busy, and outstanding amounts are loaded from there. It also does not replace your salesmen. They can book orders in it, and they still visit the dealers.

One fixed price to set up. A small fee to keep it running.
No per-user charge. You see a demo on your own data before you pay anything.

Before you ask
Do dealers have to install an app?+−
No. Each dealer gets a link on WhatsApp. It opens in the phone browser with their name and your price list. They can add it to the home screen if they like.
Can dealers pay online through it?+−
No. It is an order system, not an online store with a payment gateway. Dealers pay you as they do today, and the payment is entered in Tally or Busy.
Where do the outstanding and the credit limit come from?+−
You set the credit limit for each dealer. Outstanding amounts are loaded from a Tally or Busy export, which your accounts person uploads daily or weekly. It takes about a minute.
Does it make the GST invoice?+−
No. Invoices and e-way bills are made in Tally or Busy as today. The accepted order can be printed or exported, so billing does not have to read it from a chat.
What about orders that still come on WhatsApp or through a salesman?+−
They go into the same list. A salesman books the order for the dealer from the phone, and your office can enter a WhatsApp order in under a minute. You can keep both ways for as long as you like.
How long does it take to start?+−
About two weeks for one process, including loading your current data and training your staff. You first see a demo on your own data, before you pay anything.
Is it charged per user?+−
No. The setup has one fixed price and the monthly plan is flat. Add as many staff as you have.
Where is our data kept?+−
Your quote explains the two options: on a server we run for you, or on your own server. Either way the data is yours and you can export it at any time.
