Real estate broker firms
Every paid lead gets its calls on time, and the owner sees every follow-up that was missed.
Broker firms and channel partners with a team of callers and closers. Leads come from property portals, ads and references, and most of them are paid for. The business is follow-up: the first call, the second, the site visit, the call after the visit. Callers keep their own lists in a diary, a sheet or a phone. We set this up for firms with five or more callers. A single agent is better served by a free app on the phone.
- You pay for every lead from portals and ads. Many get one call, no answer, and are never called again.
- A lead that came at night gets its first call the next afternoon, after another broker has already spoken to the buyer.
- Callers keep follow-ups in their own diaries or phones. When a caller leaves, the leads leave too.
- A site visit is fixed on a call and then forgotten. Nobody reminds the buyer in the morning.
- At the end of the day you cannot see how many follow-ups were due and how many were made.
- The same buyer is called by two of your people, with two different prices.
What we set up for real estate broker firms
Start with the one that hurts most. Each opens as a live demo with sample data. The next one is added only when the first is used every day.

TaskEasy
Give work in ten seconds, see what is late without asking, and get one report of what got done. Checklists for the jobs that repeat.

WhatsApp Enquiry Assistant
Replies to new enquiries from your approved answers, saves each one with its source, follows up for seven days, and hands over to a person when it should.

Property Lead Desk
For broker firms with 5 or more callers. Leads from portals and ads in one list, missed follow-ups sent to the owner, site visits and bookings by caller.

Renewal Reminders
Every renewal date in one list, with one person responsible. WhatsApp reminders go 30, 15 and 7 days before, and every day after, until it is renewed.
How the work runs today
Leads arrive all day: from the portals, from ads, from a builder's launch, from old buyers. They are shared in a WhatsApp group or pasted into a sheet. A caller picks one up, calls, and writes "not picked" or "call back Sunday" in a personal diary. If the buyer is interested, a site visit is fixed. After the visit comes the part that decides the deal: the next three or four calls.
The owner sees none of this, only bookings at the end of the month and a bill from the portal. Which lead was called once and dropped, which site visit had no call afterwards, which caller is carrying two hundred leads and touching ten a day: that stays inside diaries and phones.
What to fix first
Follow-up, before anything else. More leads will not help a team that drops the ones it has. The first thing to fix is that every lead has one person and a next date, and that a missed date reaches the owner the same evening.
What we set up
One process at a time, on your own data, in about two weeks, at a fixed price.
The Property Lead Desk keeps every lead in one list with its source, budget, location and the last conversation. Each lead has one caller, and each caller starts the day with one list: due today and missed. Two taps log the call and set the next date. A site visit is saved on the lead with its project and day, and the buyer gets a confirmation on WhatsApp from your own number. A follow-up that was due and not made reaches the owner the same evening, caller by caller. Repeat phone numbers are marked, so two of your people do not ring the same buyer. For leads that come in after office hours, the WhatsApp Enquiry Assistant sends a first reply within a minute from answers you have approved, and a person takes over in the morning.
What stays as it is
Your portals and ad accounts stay. Your callers still make the calls: there are no robot calls and no bulk messages to people who never wrote to you. The projects you sell and the brokerage you agree stay your own business.
How we work with you
You share your lead sheet for the last month and tell us your stages in your own words. We come back with a working demo on those leads. If it fits, you get the scope and the fixed price on one page. Setup, loading open leads and training the callers take about two weeks. One team leader keeps it honest. After go-live, a small monthly plan covers fixes and small changes.
What real estate broker firms ask us
We already bought a calling CRM. Why would we need this?+−
If your team uses it every day and you can see missed follow-ups, keep it. We are useful where a tool was bought and then dropped. We set the stages, the follow-up rules and the owner's report around how your team works, and we train the callers.
Can leads from portals and ads come in by themselves?+−
Where the portal or the ad platform gives access to its leads, we connect it as an add-on with its own quote. Otherwise the daily lead file is loaded in one step, or a lead is added in a few seconds.
Is this for a single agent?+−
No. With one or two people, a free app or a sheet is enough. This is for firms with five or more callers, where the owner cannot personally see every follow-up.
Does it call or message buyers by itself?+−
It makes no calls. Your callers dial from their own phones and log the result. It can send the buyer a site visit confirmation on WhatsApp in your wording. It is not a dialer, it makes no robot calls and it sends no bulk promotions.
How long does it take to start?+−
About two weeks for one process, including loading your current data and training your staff. You first see a demo on your own data, before you pay anything.
Is it charged per user?+−
No. The setup has one fixed price and the monthly plan is flat. Add as many staff as you have.
