Around seven every evening the owner starts calling. Accounts for the sales figure and the money that came. Dispatch for what went out. The store for what is short. A salesman or two for the big orders. Each answer comes from memory or from a separate sheet, and by the time the calls are over an hour is gone.
The numbers exist. Sales and receipts are in Tally or Busy. Orders and dispatch are in a sheet. Stock is in the store register. Nobody puts them together on one page, so the owner does it by phone.

What it does not do
It is not accounting software, and it is not a live link to Tally. The numbers come from files you already have, such as a Tally or Busy export and your own sheets, loaded at a fixed time by one person on your team. The report is only as fresh as the last load, and it shows that time. A live connection can be added later, with its own quote. It also does not decide anything for you. It shows what needs a decision.

How the plans work
- Half the setup price to start, the rest before go-live.
- The monthly fee is paid at the start of the month.
- Hours are written down. Unused hours do not carry over.
- First term is three months, then 30 days notice either way.
- Extra work is quoted before it starts.
What is not included
- Daily follow-up with your staff. One person on your team does that, and we train them.
- New modules and new integrations. Each gets its own quote.
- Cleaning old data beyond the first import.
- WhatsApp tool charges. You pay the tool directly, about ₹500 to ₹2,800 a month plus message charges.

Before you ask
Is it accounting software, or a live link to Tally?+−
Neither. Tally or Busy stays as it is, and this makes no entries. The numbers come from files: an export from Tally or Busy and your own sheets, loaded at a fixed time each day. The report shows the time of the last load. A live connection can be added later, with its own quote.
Which numbers will it show?+−
The ones you choose. In the first meeting we agree 8 to 10 numbers, where each one comes from, and what counts as something that needs you. More can be added later as small changes.
What if a file is not loaded one day?+−
The report says so at the top and shows the date of the numbers it has. A wrong number is worse than a late one, so it never guesses.
Who loads the files?+−
One person on your team, usually in accounts. It takes a few minutes at a fixed time. We set up the routine and train them. We do not load the files for you every day.
We do not keep any sheets. Can we still use it?+−
Yes. Sales, collection, cash and bank and dues come from Tally or Busy alone. For orders, dispatch and stock we set up a simple sheet for your staff, or you start without those numbers.
How long does it take to start?+−
About two weeks for one process, including loading your current data and training your staff. You first see a demo on your own data, before you pay anything.
Is it charged per user?+−
No. The setup has one fixed price and the monthly plan is flat. Add as many staff as you have.
Where is our data kept?+−
Your quote explains the two options: on a server we run for you, or on your own server. Either way the data is yours and you can export it at any time.
